1.  Machine Principle
After being filtered and heated, the air enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer, and the hot air enters the drying chamber in a spiral shape and evenly. The liquid passes through the high-speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower body, and (rotates) sprays into extremely fine mist liquid beads, which come into contact with the hot air in parallel flow and can be dried into finished products in a very short time. The finished products are continuously output from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is exhausted by the fan.

2. Machine Feature
1. Fast drying speed. The surface area of the liquid material is greatly increased after atomization. In the hot air flow, 95%-98% of the water can be evaporated instantly. It takes only a few seconds to complete the drying time. It is particularly suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials.

3. The production process is simplified and the operation and control are convenient. For liquids with a moisture content of 40-60% (up to 90% for specific materials), it can be dried into powder products at one time. After drying, there is no need for crushing and screening, which reduces the production process and improves the purity of the product. The particle size, bulk density and moisture of the product can be adjusted by changing the operating conditions within a specific range, which is very convenient to control and manage.

3. Machine Application 

1. Food industry: whole milk powder, gram protein, cocoa powder, milk substitute, egg white (yellow), etc. Oats, chicken juice, instant tea, spiced meat, protein, soybean, peanut protein, protein hydrolyzate, etc.

2. Corn syrup, corn starch, glucose, pectin, maltose, potassium sorbate, pumpkin powder, etc.

3. Pharmaceuticals: Chinese medicine extract, pharmaceutical glue, yeast, vitamins, antibiotics, amylase, lipase, etc.
