This yogurt making machine is used to making yogurt from fresh milk or leavening agent:Sterilization, fermenting, condensation and cold-storage.
1.Sterilization: Get ready the yogurt cups and doing sterilization.
2. Fermenting: The yogurt material will be heated up to 39-45°C, and keep in this temperature for about 3-10 hours,The yogurt will be ok.
3.Condensation: The yogurt is cooling down to around 18°C. It gets thicker and taste good.
4. Cold-storage:Keeping the yogurt in 15-18°C.
