1. Machine's Description 

The main part of the screw oil press is the press chamber, which is composed of the press cage and the screw shaft rotating in the press cage. Its working process is to make use of the reduction of the screw lead of the screw shaft or the gradual increase of the diameter of the root circle, so that the space volume of the press chamber is continuously reduced to produce a pressing effect; the squeezed oil is squeezed out from the gap in the press cage, and the residue is squeezed out at the same time. Pressed into crumb cakes, which are continuously discharged from the end of the pressing shaft. Generally speaking, oil extraction by pressing can be divided into three stages, that is, feeding (pre-pressing) section, main pressing (oil output) section, and cake forming (heavy pressing and oil draining) section.
